How much does Sahay Flow cost?
Four flat monthly plans, priced by how many people log in — Starter at ₹999/month for 5 users, Growth at ₹1,499/month for 10 users, and Pro at ₹2,499/month for 25 users. There's also a free Pilot plan with unlimited users for evaluating before you commit. No card required to request a workspace.
Is our data kept separate from every other company on Sahay Flow?
Yes. Each company gets its own separate database file on its own subdomain — there's no shared table your data could ever leak through into another company's workspace, or vice versa.
How long does setup take?
We set up every workspace by hand, usually the same day you request it. You'll get an email with your own address and a one-time sign-in for the owner — no self-serve signup, no waiting on a sales call.
Do our reps need to install an app?
Sahay Flow installs straight from the browser onto a rep's phone, like a native app — no app-store download, no separate credentials. It's built to keep working through patchy network out in the field.
Can we use our own brand, category and area names?
Yes — brands, categories, party types and area names are all edited in the app to match how your company already talks, with no developer involved. If you only sell one or two brands, the brand picker doesn't even show up.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes — the Pilot plan is free, with unlimited users, meant exactly for trying Sahay Flow with your own team before you decide on a paid plan.
